Planning Prospects have assisted Stocksbridge Regeneration Company Ltd with securing planning permission to enable the completion of Fox Valley with the introduction of a retail unit to occupy the final remaining vacant plot within the scheme.

The plot will be occupied by M&S who are considered a particularly suitable occupier for this location in the context of the quality and market positioning of their offer. The proposals have been designed so that they nest fully and are integrated with the wider scheme that has been completed.
