Planning Prospects worked with Prime (UK) Developments Ltd and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust to secure outline planning permission for a Health Campus and Park & Ride facility on land adjacent to the junction of Adanac Drive and Brownhill Way, on the north western fringe of Southampton. The site is known as Bargain Farm.

Reserved Matters approval for Phase 1 of the development was granted in November 2020, comprising a multi-storey park & ride facility, access road, landscaping, drainage and associated infrastructure. This phase has now been successfully implemented on site.

Planning Prospects is now working with the applicants to progress the next phases of the health campus, including proposals for specialist medical accommodation and staff and visitor amenities, supporting the continued evolution of the wider scheme.
