Planning Prospects is the retained planning consultant to Taylor Wimpey, Barratt and David Wilson Homes, supporting the delivery of a new settlement east of the B4100 at Gaydon / Lighthorne Heath.
Planning Prospects are retained planning consultants to Taylor Wimpey, Barratt and David Wilson Homes, providing planning and development advice for a major new settlement in Gaydon, identified within Stratford-on-Avon District’s Core Strategy. The wider allocation is capable of delivering around 3,000 dwellings alongside essential infrastructure, and also includes land safeguarded for the future expansion of Jaguar Land Rover and Aston Martin Lagonda.
This phase of the development comprises up to 2,000 new homes, alongside a new village centre including a primary school, community hub, health centre, retail and supporting services. The proposals also incorporate a managed ecological reserve, extensive public open space, and recreational facilities including a sports pavilion.
Reserved Matters approvals for the first two phases were secured in early 2020, with construction now well underway on site.
