Planning Prospects acted on behalf of Richborough Estates to advance an appeal and then provide expert planning evidence at an Inquiry determining an appeal against the decision of Cherwell District Council to refuse planning permission for a residential development (up to 99 dwellings) in Caversfield.
The main issues of the appeal concerned the extent of the housing land supply, the effect of the proposed development on the character and appearance of the surrounding area as well as the sustainability and suitability of the site in terms of its location.
The appeal was allowed and planning permission granted.
